This scratch made mascarpone was made with local dairy and home grown basil. The basil mascarpone is garnished with my favorite homemade granola base recipe and figs from my trees. I also added a bit of apple from one of my first ripened apples and some left over citrus from yesterday’s grilled grapefruit breakfast. This dip goes amazing with my brioche recipe.
